Delivery Terms
- Transit Time – Domestic
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days. In remote or less accessible areas, delivery may take slightly longer. - Transit Time – International
International orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on the destination and local customs processing. - Dispatch Time
Most of our orders are ready to dispatch within the promised timeline. However, as our garments are made to order with detailed craftsmanship, there may occasionally be unavoidable delays due to factors like high order volumes or production constraints. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we’re always working to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. - Change of Delivery Address
To request a change of delivery address, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been dispatched. - Delivery Time Exceeded
While we strive to meet our promised timelines, delivery delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather, or customs issues). If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us and we will assist with an investigation.
Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Free Shipping on all domestic orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional cost, which will be shown at checkout.
2. International Shipping
- Shipping charges are applicable and vary based on the delivery country and total order weight.
- The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
All shipping charges are collected at the time of order placement.
